- Hi, my name is Valeria. It's great to have you checking out my website! I have been baking ever since I could hold a spatula. Growing up in Argentina, I learned to bake from my mother.  At every celebration there was some kind of a cake or pastry and it was always the centerpiece of the party.  Food and family went together for us like cake and ice cream.

Today, I use many of the same family recepies and inspiration from my youth to create deliciously decadent cakes.  I love to have fun and be creative with my flavors and designs to make the most unique cakes for all occasions.

 

I now hold a Cottage Food Producer Registration, under the MN Department of Agriculture.

- My name is Mayra and before I started to be part of Valeria Cakes, I used to be Valeria's best friend, I mean...almost sister! and help her with simple things as decorating, making flowers, frostings and fondant techniques, coloring and then I realized that I have a gift for baking and decorating. 

Then eventually started to have a lot of orders and she asked me to be her business partner. I studied Business Administration and we are expecting to reach more people and to be more known in the twin cities as the best bakery arround.
